The staff members I encountered were friendly. The only working elevator is problematic, though, as it can only accommodate seven people at a time.

According to their office timing they are open from 8am to 5pm but I reached 430pm they are already closed and according to the guards nobody inside and already closed the lights. I came from the province of Nueva ecija I decide to go Manila pasay because they don't have option for delivery. just wanted to collect the ID sadly in 430pm they are not accepting any transactions even releasing of id if only. Owwa wake up the day before I go to your building I have transactions in the office of PSA office timing are the same with you 8am to 5pm but still they are accepting clients even past 5.😏

I had applied for OFW eCARD 2 years ago. and every time am tracking my card it always appears on their website FOR PRINTING. Would somebody from the office of Mr. Cacdac could possibly explain to me WHY IS THIS HAPENNING PLEASE. Am paying my OWWA dues on TIME and every time. AN ACTIVE OWWA MEMBER.

They're letting the OFW wait for so may hours. After arriving at the airport, the OFW will wait almost 4 hours for the bus that will bring them to the quarantine hotel. Then at the quarantine hotel another 1 hour waiting just for us to go inside our room. Then the night before leaving the hotel they will tell you to prepare early in the morning because the bus will take us to the airport at 8am yet more than 2 hours has passed by but there is no bus coming. What is this? Maybe they are only allotting 1 bus to pick up all the ofw in different quarantine facilities. This is too much already. Seriously, owwa should strategize more to address all these problems. Kung may budget kayo, huwag niyo po tipirin kaming mga ofw. Salamat po! 👎👎👎
